Within this exhibit, AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions presented three of our forward-thinking solutions — each demonstrating how we drive sustainability in the automotive industry by reducing ecological impact, improving efficiency, and rethinking design freedom.
Ac2ated Sound - redefining in-car audio
Ac2ated Sound revolutionizes the way we think about in-car audio. By replacing conventional loudspeakers with compact actuators that excite interior surfaces, the system eliminates bulky components and drastically reduces material use. This modular, scalable technology enables seamless integration into vehicle interiors while delivering a natural and immersive sound experience. With up to 88% weight reduction and 94% volume savings, Ac2ated Sound not only enhances design freedom but also improves overall vehicle efficiency.
Remanufacturing as a service - extending product life cycle
Sustainability also means rethinking what already exists. With Remanufacturing as a Service, AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions enables the circular economy by giving automotive components a second life. Our teams remanufacture DC/DC converters and displays at scale, achieving impressive results such as 90% CO₂ savings compared to new production. By replacing faulty components, separating and cleaning displays, and applying advanced diagnostic and reverse engineering techniques, we transform waste into valuable resources — supporting both environmental and economic efficiency.
AI4Energy - optimizing energy with digital twins
Artificial Intelligence plays a key role in the transition toward a more resilient future. With AI4Energy, AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions uses AI and real-time system management to optimize energy consumption across various applications. From improving HVAC system efficiency in our plants to building a digital twin model for optimizing tram system energy usage in a major German city, AI4Energy demonstrates how intelligent solutions can reduce emissions while supporting smarter operations.
