HVA 630

Available in 2- and 5-pin configurations with integrated HVIL, it optimizes packaging and routing. 2-pin connectors are shielded and sealed for high-voltage performance, while 5-pin connectors support 3-phase charging up to 32 A. The system handles currents up to 40 A at 140 °C and voltages up to 850 VDC, supporting shielded multicore wires up to 6 mm². Fully touch-safe and CPA-compliant, the HVA 630 meets AK 4.3.3 and LV215-1 standards for reliable EV power distribution and protection.
