Our ultrasonic sensors use echo-localization by sending ultrasound waves and measuring their time of flight to detect distances, enabling functions such as obstacle warnings, parking slot detection, and parking distance control. Integrated ultrasonic processing software in the ECU ensures smooth, reliable assistance, featuring parallel firing for ultra-near range detection. ASIL B certified, these sensors provide enhanced safety for automated driving applications.

Complementing this, radar sensors provide direct relative velocity measurement, long-range detection, and robust performance regardless of visual conditions or environmental influences. With years of experience in automotive and industrial applications, AUMOVIO delivers multiple processing levels—from raw RDI data to object detection and acceleration/deceleration requests—forming the backbone of advanced environment perception.

To accelerate development, the Perception Development Kit (PDK) provides a modular prototype platform for autonomous driving projects. With 360° sensor coverage and centralized data fusion, the PDK includes ready-to-use hardware and software components for rapid integration and testing. Raw detection data from multiple automotive-grade radar sensors is accessible via a C++ API, with optional ROS2 support, enabling seamless integration into your development environment.
