The advantages of electrification
Electrification brings multiple benefits—from reduced component complexity to significant environmental impact.
Below, you’ll find key components we use in building and advancing the future of e-mobility. For more details on individual parts, systems, or complete solutions, feel free to contact our experts.
Twin motor controller.
This brushless motor controller operates up to two electric auxiliaries—such as water pumps, oil pumps, or servo systems. It handles rotor position detection, commutation control, rotating field generation in the stator, and provides integrated overcurrent protection.

Electric vehicle communication controller (EVCC).
The EVCC enables secure, standards-compliant communication between electric vehicles and charging stations—ensuring safe and reliable charging.
DC/DC converter.
The DC/DC converter transfers energy between different voltage levels within the vehicle.
AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions offers a wide range of converters supporting voltages up to 1000 V—designed for efficiency, safety, and scalability.

Inverter .
Inverters convert DC to AC to control electric motors. AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions enhances performance and efficiency using cutting-edge technologies like SiC modules and advanced motor control algorithms.
Electric motor.
Electric motors are core components in drive systems, converting electrical energy into mechanical torque. Designed for both motoring and generating modes, they maximize energy recuperation and extend vehicle range.

Battery management system .
A Battery management system (BMS) intelligently monitors and controls battery performance in both mobile and stationary applications—ensuring safety, efficiency, and extended battery life.
Power distribution unit.
The Power Distribution Unit centralizes all high-voltage connections—loads and supplies—within the vehicle. It supports in-line fusing per safety standards and can integrate HV interlock monitoring to ensure connector integrity.
