On October 16-17, 2024, Continental Engineering Services (CES) made a significant mark at the ELIV (Electronics in Vehicles) 2024 event held at the World Conference Center in Bonn, Germany. This prestigious event brought together global automotive experts, providing the perfect platform for Continental and CES to demonstrate how it’s shaping the future of mobility through cutting-edge innovations. Operating under the motto, “Advancing Mobility – From Road to Cloud,” the Continental booth highlighted the holistic approach to modern vehicle solutions.
Showcasing Innovation: Safety, Comfort, Sustainability, and Software-Defined Vehicles
The Continental booth was organized into four key areas, focusing on safety, comfort, sustainability, and software-defined vehicles (SDV). Each segment showcased the company’s latest technological advancements aimed at enhancing both vehicle performance and user experience.
Key exhibits included:
- Twin Motor Control and other electrification products for advanced vehicle electrification
- Advanced cabin sensing and intelligent glass control for an enhanced in-car experience
- Radars, cameras, and sensors designed for automated driving
- Continental’s vision for the future of mobility with a software-defined vehicles (SDV)
Two exciting demo cars were also featured:
- A software-defined vehicle demo fully equipped with Continental’s solutions, from road connectivity to cloud integration.
- The Ac2ated Sound demo car, allowing visitors to experience speakerless, surface-activated audio systems live.
