Our complete solution features an Airbag Control Unit (ACU), two pressure sensors, and four acceleration sensors to accurately detect diverse crash scenarios.

The Airbag Control Unit (ACU) is the core of the passive safety restraint system. It supports front, rear, side, and rollover impact protection, along with key regulatory functions like crash detection and event data recording. An integrated internal measurement unit (IMU) enhances precision and reliability.

Satellite sensor information
Satellite sensors connected to the ACU combine pressure and acceleration sensing to ensure precise detection of various crash scenarios. An external IMU can be added if needed.

pSAT pressure sensors are designed for side impacts. Mounted in the door cavity, they detect rapid pressure changes instantly for ultra-fast response.

g-SAT acceleration sensors measure acceleration in the vehicle’s rigid structure, providing data to the ACU. This allows the system to determine crash intensity and intrusion duration, activating lifesaving restraints within milliseconds.
