Rebranding is never just about a new logo or a refreshed color palette. It’s a long, complex journey that demands strategic thinking, creativity, and alignment across every team. For us at AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions, it was also an opportunity to put our sustainability values into action.
Rebranding with purpose
As we began our rebranding process, we quickly realized that the change would bring more than just design updates — it also meant dealing with a wide range of existing branded materials. Over the years, through trade shows, events, and meetings, we had accumulated a variety of promotional and textile items carrying our old logo. And as you can imagine, for AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions, a non-ethical solution was never an option.
Giving materials a second life
To address this, we launched a company-wide collection campaign across our offices. The goal was to gather old branded textiles such as T-shirts, jackets, and hoodies that our employees no longer used. Participation was entirely voluntary. As a small gift of appreciation, we offered our colleagues plant seeds, symbolizing the idea of giving something old the chance to grow into something new.
Our motivation throughout this process was simple yet powerful: instead of sending our old branded materials to the trash, we wanted to add new value to them and make a meaningful impact.
Through our working student, Daniel Ghasemzadeh Ronizi, we partnered up with the Student Club at his university to organize a donation campaign. Together, we ensured that all collected items in good condition were donated to those who could make real use of them.
At AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions, we believe that rebranding is more than a visual transformation — it’s a chance to reaffirm who we are and what we stand for. By turning our rebranding journey into a story of sustainability and social contribution, we strengthened not only our brand identity but also our collective purpose.
